Established in Brazil by owner Isaac Azar in 2006, Paris 6 was inspired by vintage French bistros embodied by the 6 Arrondissement in Paris including Café de Flore, the Brassérie Lipp and Le Procope. The 24/7 bistro opens in Miami Beach on October 24. While the menu is not yet available, the Sao Paulo one has a huge one filled with not your typically vintage French bistro snacks such as brie-stuffed rice balls served with pepper jelly, beef-filled croquettes with bechamel and spicy wasabi, an assortment of risottos, and, well, check it out for yourself.
